Steam Mills Lake

About Steam Mills Lake

Steam Mills is a large, deep lake situated just the other side of Cinderford and boasts a wide variety of fish. Although it can be a tough lake to fish, when it's on form you can get some fantastic bags of Carp and Bream.

The lake is fed from a small stream which is a breading area for wild Brown Trout and if you are lucky enough you can see the deer taking a drink from the stream.

There are a couple of pegs on the lake which are designed for disabed Anglers and almost all of the pegs are easily accessible.

The Fish

Carp (Mirror, Common & Crucian), perch, roach, rudd, bream, golden rudd, gudgeon, chub, bleak
